Slow cooked BEEF

 


What you'll need:

Ingredients 

Beef

1 chopped onion 

3 chopped carrots 

4 chopped celery sticks 

3 tomatoes 

2 tbsp paprika 

2 tbsp garlic granules 

1 can tomatoes 

400ml water

100ml red wine

1 stock cube

3 tbsp wortchester sauce

3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 

Method 

Place everything into a cast-iron dish.  Cook for 4 to 5 hours at 120°c in the oven. Turn the meat half way through. 

Add more water if needed.

Once cooked remove the meat and blend the sauce. Shred the meat and add it back to the sauce. Then enjoy 😉
