Homemade Granola







Ingredients

50g pumpkin seeds 
50g sunflower seeds 
50g oats
50g pecans 
50g dried apricots 
5-8 chopped Dates 
1 tbsp peanut butter 
1 tbsp maple syrup 

Method 

Turn on the oven to 150°c. Put all the seeds and nuts into a bowl. The dates and apricots will be added later into the mixture. Then mix in the peanut butter and maple syrup. Get a baking tray and line it with grease proof paper. Pour the mixture onto the tray and spread it evenly. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Then add the apricots and dates and cook for another 5 to 10 minutes. Keep checking to make sure the granola doesn't burn. Once cooked place into a bowl to co down. The granola can be stored in a jar for up to 1 week.
