SCOTCH EGGS



INGREDIENTS



- 6 EGGS
- 400G Skinless Sausages
- 4 Slices of Wholemeal Bread
- 1 tsp Curry Powder
- 2 tsp Parsley
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs



Method



Boil 4 eggs in a pot of boiling water for 6 minutes.  Then place the eggs in cold water for another 6 minutes.  Then carefully remove the egg from its shell.
Then using a blender . Blend the sausages, curry powder, parsley  and mixed herbs. Divide the mixture into four balls.
Then in a bowl beat 2 eggs. 
Then blend the bread to make breadcrumbs.  Place the breadcrumbs into a separate bowl. Then in the palm of one hand flatten the sausage  mixture and place one egg onto the mixture.  Then cover the egg fully with the sausage mixture. 
Then cover it with the beaten eggs and finally roll it onto the breadcrumbs. 
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Place Scotch eggs on the baking tray and cook for 20 minutes at 200°c until golden brown. And Enjoy with Salad.
