The BEST Chilli ever.

 



Ingredients for sauce 

1 jar of passata

1 chopped onion

2 cloves of crushed garlic 

2 tbsp tomato puree

1 tbsp oregano 

1 tbsp chilli flakes

1 tbsp brown sugar 

Meats can be minced beef,turkey or pork

Cook the onion and garlic first. Add a drop of water to stop the onion from sticking to the pan. Then add the rest of the sauce ingredients and let it simmer for 1 hour. 

I like to make the sauce the day before to give it time to marinate. I would then cook the mince meat until it's brown. Then i would add the sauce to the pan.
